At KS Cashflow, we value your time and commitment. Since our service is based on consultation and pre-scheduled bookings, we maintain a strict refund policy to ensure fairness and proper allocation of our experts’ time.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made at least 5 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
- All requests must be sent in writing to team@kscashflow.in.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Refund requests made within 5 hours of the scheduled consultation will not be accepted.
- Missed sessions or no-shows are strictly non-refundable.
- Sale/discounted consultation bookings are also non-refundable.
Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your session, you may request rescheduling (one time only) at least 5 hours before the session by emailing team@kscashflow.in.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider.
